QOS Energy and COVID-19
31 March 2020
Dear Customers & Partners,
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread worldwide, we are adapting our operating conditions with two main objectives in mind: protect our employees’ health and keep serving our clients in the best conditions.
QOS Energy is not currently experiencing significant business impacts, disruptions, or degradations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and all customer services and support capabilities are operating as normal.
Employees
All employees are now working from home to protect their health and safety during this contamination. For a long-time, QOS Energy has set up home office policy, so the team is fully prepared to serve clients in normal conditions without affecting service levels. QOS Energy has set up a limited travel policy. All physical meetings, travels and trainings are postponed to a later stage.
We use digital tools already in place at QOS Energy to exchange information with clients, partners and suppliers and to manage our action plans.
The Qantum® Cloud Platform
Our computer systems, hosting and web services remain fully operational during this crisis. Our development and software maintenance team is operating as normal. Our servers and backup systems work in normal conditions.
Onboarding, Support & Consulting Services
Onboarding, support and consulting services are operating in normal conditions.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
As the pandemic continues to evolve, the management team of QOS Energy is meeting on a regular basis to ensure all necessary plans are in place. We have reviewed our business continuity plan in relation with suppliers, partners and external vendors. QOS Energy has not identified any risk to our continued operations due to supplier disruption.
We will keep you informed of any change of this policy as the situation evolves.
We thank, in advance, all our employees, clients and partners for their flexibility and understanding during this unprecedented situation. Please feel free to contact us here for any comment or suggestion in relation with the improvement of our level of service.
All the best,
Franck Le Breton
CEO / QOS Energy
